Based in the National Park Alto Tajo, 1-2 hours from Madrid, you can kayak down the spectacular river gorge. The trip descends a section of the river between 10-14 km, stopping for lunch in a beautiful spot by the river's edge, along with other stops in interesting areas where you will have the opportunity to relax and swim. Available all year, although the best time is between May and October.

Kayaking package details:

• Don't need previous experience, only the ability to swim. Any water that enters the kayaks along the way automatically filters out without needing to return to a river bank to empty it.
• The kayaks can carry between 1 and 3 people and normally the groups change between the different kayaks for variety during the trip.
• This activity lasts 10-12 hours from door to door.

The minimum group number required is 4 but no maximum. All you need to bring are swimming gear, hat, trainers or sandals, sunglasses with attachment, disposable or waterproof camera, sun cream, and a change of clothes.
